SHIPPING

Order Processing

All orders received between Monday and Friday (excluding Holidays) shall be processed within three business days of receipt.  Customers are notified immediately by text and/or email of Slip Lead Plus order receipt and description of product(s).

Where We Ship

Product(s) ordered on Slip Lead Plus can be shipped within the United States. We currently do not offer international shipping.                       

Delivery Times

Slip Lead Plus products which generally arrive between 5 to 7 business days from shipment.   We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.  We also offer door-to-door shipment tracking and notify clients by text and/or email of shipment tracking and delivery. A tracking number will be supplied for all shipments.

 

RETURNS and EXCHANGES

Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Item(s) Sent

If an item is missing, damaged or sent in error, please email info@slipleadplus.com within 30 business days of purchase. We will be happy to ensure all is corrected in a timely manner.

Returning Products from Your Online Order

You may return an item(s) within thirty (30) days of receipt of product(s).  To return an item(s), it must be in its original condition. Email info@slipleadplus.com, obtain a Return Authorization number, complete the form below, specifying whether you request a refund or exchange, then take the undamaged item in suitable packaging to USPS for Ground return.  Return shipping is to be paid by customer.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment in a timely manner. If you have requested an exchange, we will ship the exchanged item within ten days of receipt of your return. If you’ve done the preceding and have not received your refund or exchange within a timely manner, please contact us at info@slipleadplus.com.
